Basically to take it apart and add insulation, i'm wondering of the price range for them to do that, since I never had this problem before with any car. I'm basically hearing a squeaky metal sound like something is loose on the passenger's side.

Worse case senerio if they must remove the dash and put it back at a dealership it would be considered 8-9 hours of labor work (ridiculous right) and thats about 120$/hr ..... big no no at least for me, i work at a nissan dealership if you go to infiniti it'll be more expensive so its best you can actually just find a good tech from a dealership and pay them 50-80$ for labor in whole and they'll be satisfied. I save alot of money by just paying my favorite techs cash on the low. but that may not even be necessary take it in and just have them take a look (:

There is only one good regular service center near me, and I don't know if they fix dash rattles. I also have a problem with my LDW system, where at random times it randomly goes off even if i'm driving straight. I looked up the price of that and it's like 2,000 :\. I have an appointment for Saturday so i'll hope for the best.

The ldw I can't help you with, but the dash I say fix it your self. I know it looks daunting, but 1 I'll bet you'll do a better job than them, 2 I'll bet it's not that hard. Just study the fsm for a few days and con a couple buddies into coming over to help you. I was worried about taking a few things apart in my car before I did it and bit the but and did it anyway. All except one situation went through without a hitch. And for arguments sake, if you can't get it back on, take it to the dealer and it will be half the cost of if they did the whole thing.
Now what you'll need to do? Put closed cell foam between any and all points of contact, and secure wire harnesses so they don't move. one thing you might not realize that's causing a lot of rattle that you may think os coming from the dash is the little cubby by the dome light. When driving over rough road hold it with pressure and see how much noise dissappears. That and the glove box. Those may actually be your only issues which will prevent you from dismantling the whole dash.
Just my 2cents, good luck.
