The VSPL is a good kit, and it should work well for you.

As far as upgrades are concerned. You need to modify your fuel system. Its likely that with the GT2860 you are reaching the maximum flow rate of your injectors. Your MAFS will also reach its peak around the same power level.

I would suggest a set of 550cc injectors, a Z32 300ZX MAFS, and some sort of tune to compensate for the changes. Do some research into tuning options, the most common ones used with the SR are as follows.

ECU Flashes from Enthalpy or JWT.

Piggybacks like S-AFC II (bad option) or AEMs FIC (good option).

Or a full Standalone like the HKS Fcon, Apexi Power FC, or the AEM EMS.

okay then is the best way to get an apexi power fc Djetro - then i dont have to buy z32 maf and all that ****, and also can make a cool pipe for the airfilter...

how much boost can i do with that setup i have rihgt now - but only upgrading to a walbro fuel pump...??

and btw when i install a bigger pump will the pump run as the stock and only shoot out more fuel when its needed or ?

The power FC is a great option. Switching to a MAP based system has many benefits, though I have found that they are a little harder to tune initially.

The walbro fuel pump will run a higher volume of fuel, but the Fuel Pressure Regulator should keep the fuel pressure within spec. The factory regulators are known for failing when paired with a high volume pump. Often times the fuel pressure will rise beyon a desired level, this is hard on the injectors, and will throw off your air/fuel ratios.

I would suggest upgrading to a Nismo adjustable FPR. They are direct replacement for the stock regulator, but they were designed to handle the higher volume.

As for boost levels, I would not recommend anything more than 1 bar until you upgrade to a performance MLS headgasket. I don't remember off the top of my head what the exact levels are above that, it really depends on the level of tuning. I would search and look at what others have done.

ahh okay... anywhere i can get a djetro cheep?!? for an S14 or maybe s14a/s15...

Hmm i will not go higher then 0.8 bar, but i think that i buy a PFC Djetro and then in the future the other stuf like injectors, fuelpump etc, and do it right at the starte instead buying something and raise the boost bit after bit...

Thx a lot for the good info
