I'm low, but not slammed by anyone's standards. Proper corner balance is responsible for the slightly higher sitting rear. Daily drive on 10/8 coilovers. Pictures were taken today by a couple different local guys.

Some people want to be slammed and have their cars handle terribly. That's cool too, everyone has a different style.
i like this stance. what suspension you got?

i think the most that touches the ground are my spl brake cooling plate thingies. everything else clears pretty well while daily driving. Just take it easy on the driveways and speed bumps

Wow I see some cars that are uber low! It looks like the consensus is that riding that low is generally for looks? My main concern is the wear and tear on my car. I think want to go as low as I can without negatively affecting the handling of the car. How many of the super low guys have adjustable dampers?

YouMustBeKouki, The way your car sits now is perfect IMO, maybe some small spacers, but thats it...

thought so. I've always liked that stance on your s13. That's about what I'm shooting for.

my 18x9 +25 was touching my coils so I had a 5mm spacer in there...other than coilover clearance I don't believe in using spacers for looks

I have mine lowered as far as I can and keep the front wheel liners in because I drive it 365 days a year. I have KTS coilovers. The stock 8kg/mm(f) and 6kg/mm(r) were too stiff with 18inch wheels for my liking so I got pair of 5's for the rear and put the 6's up front, it rides great now.

not at all, you do know that when the susp. compresses the wheels camber in right? you can also tell he rarely rubs by the condition of his sidewall, probably the only time he rubs is in a high g turn.

lol all in time!!

saving up for a build right now, minimal money spending only on gas insurance etc...only spending mula on track time and tires

saving 200 bucks a check (minimum) till next year + tax rebate = BUILD!
