I see you guys putting up some solid numbers, but how is your transmission holding up?

If you transmission is not stock (besides clutch) what have you done?

I looked in search and FAQ list found nothing. So no please.

This side of guys running hard drag racing, or playing John Force Bang Gears on the street, they hold up pretty well IMO. Shift smoothly and like a human, and it will last you forever.

I love railing through the gears, Ive been raping this transmission for 3 years now, with no problems. The S13 gearbox is very stout as far as factory pieces are concerned, many of the sub pro drifters are running bone stock trannys event after event.

I agree, mine is holding up really well. Only problem with mine is it will not go into first unless your at a dead stop. I've noticed a couple of people having that same issue.

You're one of the few.

Come to think of it, clutch choice has alot to do with it as well.

I'd say for a normal person, this side of 500 whp is just fine.

This is very true, my measly 250 WHP isnt really all that destructive, I have a quality clutch and flywheel, and Im skilled enough at driving not to be grinding gears all day long.

My transmission grinds 4th if I slam gears but I don't do that very often at all. I put mobil 1 transmission fluid in there and I'll probably switch it out becuz lately I havn't been very impressed with their products. I'm thinking amsoil because that **** is amazing.
