My dreams of lowness has been crushed since they put some super tall speed bumps in my complex.

Anyone has a steam roller I can borrow?

New apartment complex i'm moving to has a HUGE speedbump with no way to angle it (between curbs). Just go sloowww and know where you are driving.

You gotta pay to play.

It usually depends on where you live. My car was fairly low, but not so low that I scraped everywhere. The roads out here are nice too so that helps.

I was just barely high enough so that I wouldn't scrape on speed bumps. Some I couldn't avoid though, they love them out here.

...and your car's not even that hot. It's low enough. I could post up uderside pictures, but you should already know that the frame, exhaust, crossmembers hangs lower than the body of the car.
i didnt say it was "hot" and frankly i dont go after cars for my sexual pleasures. its low as hell. you can post up those pictures if you want, but it all depends what parts you use. my exhaust isnt the lowest part of my car, but i already had a thick steel plate welded onto my resonator for scraping purposes. and crossmembers take a lot of damage, as ive already said.

Full of yourself much?
you cant put a knuckle between my sway bar and the pavement in a level parking lot. and thats after a third of its thickness has been scraped off.

a friend of mine (drunk night) tossed my keys and they slid under my car. they had to lift up the rear end and push my car forward just to get the keys. no fitting under frame rails.

Yep, I think so. You can brag when you have matching paint on all panels and matching wheels.Until then, get over yourslef. As stated above, your car doesn't look all that great. noone likes an attention whore
i do have matching wheels. those are drift spares. until you do something with your car other than keep it in like-stock condition, get over "yourslef".

i just dont see why people act like theyre part of the small group of frame bangers when they definitely arent.

Lol at this thread, it's funny.

You learn to read the road. It's crucial to know what lane to be in on the interstate, especially over bridges. The entrances and exits of tunnels really get me too. You just deal with it and know that your exhaust hitting the ground isn't that big of a deal.

Not trying to whore, but this picture is best saved for threads like this.

LOL

Ok first off, Im not the one that keeps bragging about how low my car is like a kid brags about all the cool stuff he has done and tries to one up everyone

second, you could have not been a lazy prick and atleast done a little background research to see that my car is nowhere near stock. I'm in the middle of swapping a friggin engine for christ sakes, so how is that not doing anything with it??

And since when is there a club for the super low? seriouly? Sure, some of these cars may not be as slammed as yours, but considering how high these cars sit stock, they're pretty slammed now.

So, once again, I must tell you to get over yourself

My car has a 2" drop from stock and barely scraped getting on the lift at the exhaust shop and he used boards.

There is a point where people will refuse to lift your car.

There is a point where people will refuse to lift your car.
There is also a point where you need to learn how to work on your own car.

Hold up there! If I work on my car, I get fined by the condo board... $75 each violation. I have to work on my car in store parking lots - the guys at the parts store are getting tired of me. Not to mention there are just some things that are best done on a lift. Don't hate!

To be honest, I've never really wanted a slammed car, but able able to run a sticker the says "Frame Banger" gives me second thoughts... :chuckle:

I often wonder about this, especially here in NYC where the roads are so s***. Guess I really don't have to worry about this until I get my transmission fixed and can afford some coilovers, but even then I plan on keeping my car reasonably low, going for a "pretty flush" fitment.

My car is low but not to low but I still have to angle my car going up certain entrances to parking lots. I swerve back and fourth on real s*** roads to avoid raised manhole covers and deep potholes. I scrap hear and their but I just learned to live with it. Funny thing is I still wanna go a little lower but not to be a Frame Banger
