I bought a used kit and to make a long story short it doenst work... Now i have a 1/4 inch hole in my fuel rail. Is threre any way to leak proof seal it????? I was thinking of jb welding a 1/4 inch screw in there or maybe even some liquid gasket instead. I know there has to be a way! Any help at all will be appreciated. Thanks guys!

The fuel rail sees 45 psi at idle, and it rises with RPM. Fuel is the last thing you want spraying onto your hot engine, thats a fire waiting to happen. There is no good or safe way to seal it, get yourself a new or used fuel rail and save yourself the horror of having your car go up in flames.

I got a fuel rail for you, 35 shipped.

You really should just replace the whole rail, for previously said reasons.

Im willing to pay the 35 as long as your positive it will work on an 89 ka24e... Ive seen others on 89 -90s models at the junk yard (although not recently)Man this sucks. I took the fuel rail off which ive done twice before to change dead injectors but i really think i screwed things up putting everything back together ( iwas makin sure none of the sealent or metals fell in there this timi took all those damn fuel lines off the back and top thinking it would be esy to replace them all...and im not even sure i did that right. On top of that one i notited just now that the injectors (at the very bottom) are cracked a little too. I dont know if this will effect them or not. Looks like it may be a REALLY expensive trip to the shop. I own the chillins book but i dont really think that would help me now.
