I would like to remove the cooling fan off the engine and was wondering if the air conditioning fan would do if put on a switch for cooling radiator.

Here is some info on the return setup, hope it helps... If you mean the oil return bung that gets welded to the pan, I weld them on with the center of the bung on the drivers side of the pan exactly 6" back from the front body of the pan (not the flange) and 7/8" from the underside of the top rail. You will find it to be pretty close to the spot weld that holds the windage tray in place. This will place the return between the front of the motor mount and the back of the AC compressor. We do things the best way at http://www.phatka-t.com / http://www.sound-performance.com and actually use AN fittings and braided steel line so what is pictured here is a steel weld on -10 male fitting. Return fitting circled in red

sorry i dont have any pics but...next to your oil filter should be your oil pressure sensor...it's just a small port..anyways take that off and put your new feed line there...hopefully you have a T fitting at the end of your oil feed line so you can put the stock oil pressure sensor on the fitting as well..basically they both share....

the "air conditioning" fan you are referring to (the electrical one behind the machanical one) is not an air conditioning fan. it is for when the engine temp rises... it kicks on. if you have the mechanical fan on then it has probably never turned on before. i was under that impression also until my brother did an sr swap and demonstrated to me that the fan comes on to cool the coolant while he was turbo timing his car. i removed my mechnical one and sure enough the electrical one cycles on and off when i am cooling down my car. it has never overheated.
