These home made kits with use slotted cuts to bounce the light off of 2 LED bulbs per tube. Which leads to dim/uneven lighting in the middle of the arch, if the arch is even a full arch, which the ones in the video aren't. The best sets to get are from MYCARR, the producer of BMW's stock, and best sets of after market, angel eyes. The Predator Chromiums actually use a gas filled CCFL tube to spread the light evenly and brightly, with a lifetime warranty. The MYCARR LED's use 30 LED lights per tube, but tend to put out a more blueish (hid type) light, as opposed to the Chromiums that put out a whiter/purer light. We should talk to MYCARR about developing a set for us. I used to have the Predators on my BMW. Were soooo sick. They even had a fade on/off feature that worked with the lock/unlock on the key fob

Took me about an hour to install both sides, and they lasted the 2 years I owned the car. As far as I know, they are still kickin! Plus, MYCARR has a lifetime warranty on the Predators

That is a cool as heck but all we need now is someone to post up a vid that details how to separate the light housing on the coupe! I know that someone here on the forum had did this and painted the inner housing black but I would like to see a step by step on how to do this. Let's face it guys, at over $800 per headlight housing, this isn't an easy mod.

this is interesting, even if i wasnt ganna make my own angel eyes, i can use this similar idea for my night lights in my house, desk light or even decoration lights. Doesnt have to be a circle either (creativity people!)

Good find Op

Unfortunately we won't be making these. It is kind of out of our realm. We do however work with a company that specializes in lights.

Someone should check with In Pro Car Wear. Good quality stuff and great prices.

I like it, but I couldn't see those lights around my Altima.

I do think it would hot with a line of lights running underneath the headlights.

Below is what I have in mind.

But humm.. I dunno.

Is it borderline ricey or ricey for an Altima?Maybe it's tooo flash.

bad news is, these really only work with round light housings, we dont really have a light housing, just a bulb that reflects of the interior of the headlight

he's right. I've already tried to get two companies to make it for us and once they saw the headlights they said it was impossible.

Thats why you have them make some "projector" headlights and then from there you can make "angel eye projector" headlights......People did it to some cars like the civic ek and what not. Why cant they do it for our Altima? Oh and whats up with that orange part on the headlights? Is that just the bulb or is it part of the headlights? That part looks fugly. IF its part of the headlights, they should make some headlights without it.

Umnitza makes them for the last gen altima. Might be a good place to start your search. BTW Umnitza owns MYCARR

Thanks for the info.

I shot them an e-mail just for the hell of it...

Response: "Thank you for your interest but at this time, we have no plans to develop a new headlight for the market."

Straight to the point I guess lol. Looks like a no-go
