one of the gauges is boost and the other is egt (exhaust gas temp.) maybe next week after hurricane ike has come and gone i'll shoot out there and check the car out and if i'm lucky get a ride in it.AzureCoupe0888 wrote:Ok, I am guessing this is a dumb question for a few of you, but I dont know. In the pictures there are two guages replacing the air conditioner vents in the middle. Blake your car only has one in the center right? Is there a reason this car needs more guages?
I am just curious what they are for, I assume its the turbo of course, but I just didnt know why it needed two and blake's needed one. Is it because one is manual and the other is CVT??
Warner, remember that argument/discussion we had almost a year ago?... (those were the days)... hit me up via email if you have the chance...08altima35 wrote:

Thanks Infantry, 457 hp thats something else, that is a beast of a ride. And really 50,000 isnt too bad for that ride. There not going to have any problems meeting the reserve.Infantry1327 wrote:they claim 457.2hp to the wheels running 12 pounds of boost. Hear is a few articles on it

Actually, I don't think the M series BMW is even doing 457 to the ground!... That's over 500 at the crank!LeGeND42o wrote:Well right, you can defintly do it yourself for cheaper, but some people would rather pay a little extra to have the work done for them. With 457hp, its getting up there with the M series BMW which is almost twice as much as there asking for the coupe, not going to be the same ride quality......but the coupe is one a kind. Im not agreeing with the price, but just saying someone will buy it so they wont have to deal with all the work.
Whats the XWD system, havent heard that before? I seen one of the Saabs the other day, and i have to say they dont look to bad! I was surprised seeing that the older models looked like a soap box.mcheddadi wrote:I'm making it awd when I'm done with my studies (5 to 6 years lol)
by then it'll be an awd 500hp+ snow and dirt and drift devil.
I'll put the XWD system from helix (the one in the new saab) and it'll be crazy s*** lol
Not a chance in hell that car is putting 460 to the wheels. I have heard, from a few trusted sources, that when they claimed these numbers, the car showed up to shows a few weeks later, without a functional turbo kit...Infantry1327 wrote:they claim 457.2hp to the wheels running 12 pounds of boost.
