ahhh looks good bro...

and i love the nipple on the compressor housing.. awesome short wastegate signal for you

i have the spot for it on my compressor housing but they didn't add it that year..... i was about to drill and tap my housing and add one,, but i got a greedy hard 90deg from my buddy with a nipple already on it. worked great.

no telling bro....

with the h1c,,,,, you have to be careful. the older model H1c turbo's are not as good as the newer model... and the newer model h1c's were produced for the 94 dodge ram lol and are considered very old.. go figure.

like i said before, the turbo's were made with the diesel engine in mind.. also a big factor is choice of manifold and intercooler.... some truck intercoolers appear to be very big, some don't even run Intercoolers. they are tall and thin on most... so the volume of space could be the same as and medium size FMIC for our cars...

my turbo responds well, that could be because i have a log manifold.. and it could be other factors..... one thing about my manifold is, the mount is positioned between cly1 and cly2 with my wastegate terminating out of the center. if i had welded it differently, the spool time could probably be different ( better or worst).... but i didn't have much of a choice due to the size of the turbo.....

also one more thing to note from my knowledge all diesel turbo manifold are Cast log manifolds...

what are advantages for both of them?

One thing i know is the HX35 seems to be easier to find so far.... and i think (?) that is has a flange outlet compare to the HY35 am i right on that?

Else well i got no idea
