Well, many people have been asking me about my car, and what has been going on with it.

So I suppose a proper update is long overdue.

Let's see here. Where to start? I will start this sometime back in the summer. We'll go with June.

Oh, nevermind. Time for lunch. Be right back.

Sorry. Boy was that good though.

Anyway. June, right. June was the 626Drift / socal-drift night event.

Shortly after this, I went street drifting. It wasn't my first time out, probably third or fourth, but I decided it was time to come into the corner faster.

Faster isn't always better.

Broken RUCA, toe rod, traction rod, lower control arm, axle, and subframe. Pretty dope l33t gangster if you ask me.

Good thing there's a lovely company by the name of Powered by MAX right down the street.

Did more track drifting.

Then decided that an interior is for sissies. That or intelligent people.

Then out of nowhere, appeared an SR20 in my garage. So naturally, I threw it in.

Then I picked up some 17 x 9 +20 Hanabis and some spacers.

Then I hit the Water Tower section at Horse Thief Mile.

Spent a few hours doing body work, as well as frame work.

Devin helping me out.

Somewhat fixed.

And then... well. I guess that's where I'm at.

Looking good man.

When are you going to find a decent set of wheels (old school, super deep)?

Because there is no track within 300 miles of me and have no desire to.I was giving you a hard time anyway.

burnnnn

sucks that you crashed a second time it looked pretty good right before that. oh well at least you beat the crap out of the car so that's better than just storing in the garage except for like 3x a year.

btw we have the same wheels (fn's) nice.

Nope. It's a JDM wheel. Had it shipped with my overnight parts from Japan.

Working on it. These were just so cheap, and I got 6 of them, so I just took em'.

I hate my paint. It's ugly as sin. I wish it would just burn off my car and leave it barren. But that's ok. I just picked up a sponsorship from D-MAX USA with my team. So as soon as aero is on, it goes into the paint booth. Secret color

It's a standard pignose lip.

I don't care about the car that much. It's made to be driven. I beat it to **** all the time. It's more of a toy than a transportation vehicle, or show car.

Although I am fully aware of that, stupid Megan coilovers are maxxed out with no collars at the moment. So there really isn't too much I can do.
breadbox wrote:When you said broken subframe did you take a picture?
Sorry, no picture. I broke the tab off that holds the lower control arm, and I creased it in the part where it bends upwards towards the gas tank.
