HKS Shift Return Springs

These are the springs that keep your shifter centered in neutral position (between 3rd & 4th). When u shift, they try to pull the shifter toward the center - that's the slight resistance when u move it left & right in neutral. I bet it'll feel great over stock weaker springs. Installation looks really easy.

Take the RC car springs off of the shocks and replace the stock return springs with the RC springs.

i helped installed these springs in a friends mustang, they go in the same place, i think they were even hks, the springs from hks that are for the 240sx's work for the sr tyrannies as well, there really easy to install you you just use a wrench or socket if you have the room, take the plugs off and the spring comes out. Ive been looking at these springs as well for my 240 but there a little expensive... for a spring you know.

btw they really made the mustang shifter much stiffer, felt sportier, kinda close to a 350Z shifter. i don't know about if it helps with missing gears i never got to drive the car.

i don't think.... RC springs are nowhere near as stiff as these springs from hks i think there even softer than the oem springs. unless you got one of those gas powered off road monster RC cars. i did walk into Lowes once and noticed in the hardware section a small box of assorted springs that looked really really close to return springs, i almost bought them. i wonder if they would have been stiffer.
