Bart - what do you mean, "manually" put the quarter windows down?

All my windows are powered.

Thx for the tip on the struts. Those are being done next weekend.

LOL - Lazy arse. :)

I just realized the quarter window buttons took the place of power mirrors... Wonder if I can rig power mirrors somewhere else?

i've been working on a place to mount that switch. the only other issue is that the door's wiring harness was altered, so adding power mirrors isn't as simple as just plugging them in.

i'm thinking right under the right hand knuckle vent on the driver's dash is a good place to mount the control switch

DAMMNIT GREG!!!!........You KNOW you're going to have to take a camera around with you all the time..................BECAUSE OF ALL DE HOES YOU WILL BE PIMPIN!!!

actaully, i think it will be something more like Romeo& Juliet where the guys are driving around in the verts shouting stuff to people. i can see greg with the top down in a tank top or something listening to 80s hair bands shouting at ladies from the car..."hey baby! wanna ride, its got auto windows! what? no? leave you alone or you'll call the cops? c'mon, i'm a nice guy....*phone rings* what? o..o..ok..yes ma'am, i'll be home in a little...ahhh c'mon....i told you i wasnt picking those up anymore...fine, be home in a minute...*hangs up*...heh, that was my uh...mom...i guess i gotta get going, check ya later *winks*."

2BN - I think mama digs the Silvia idea, but there's just no $ for it. She DID indicate a body kit would be a welcome addition... :)

Seth, LOL - You rock.

GEO, I have no clue what you're asking me bro - Can someone translate homey? :)

Thanks bro -

Actually, the 'vert DOES attract some attention. Got a wave and a smile from a cute brunette yesterday, and I even had 2 of the NICOtots in the car!

My 7-year old was like "Dad, do you know that lady? 'Cuz she just waved at you."

Shut up and don't tell your mother. :D

wow greg! that thing is KLEEEN! i know you're happy cause i heard the big grin on your voice over the phone.

if/when you redo the seats, i would suggest going with the black instead of the grey. trust me, you won't be sorry. if it ever stops raining on my end, i'll snap some pics of ebony's interior.

congrats on such a good buy, and enjoy the ride!

I took the seat covers off today - My leather's not as bad as I thought, and boy, did the guys with tweed get ripped off!

The leather S13 seats are firm, have beefy side bolsters on the bottom and side, and are damn comfy.

Thanks Carlos! Don't worry, I'm 99% sold on going KA-T, with your car as the inspiration!

I spent all day Saturday detailing it. Didd the claybar and Zaino treatment, and WOW! The paint is SO perfect and glossy! Did you know the black is actually a metalflake?

Went to the Pavilions last night, lots of attention and positive comments on the car, seems we chose wisely! :)

thats a nice ride. but my friends always talking about the s5 fc's vert. he's always bragging about how awsome it is like, the top can handle the pressure of the whole car if it were to flip over, or like the wind sounds or something. im tired of his rx7, i need something to stick it to him.

agian, niiiice ride
