I personally like the 6000k temp....I have had three sets this color and have no complaints....Make sure you get H4 bulbs that are bixenon....Many kits will say they are H4 but there is still no high beam....Don't lose the high beam.......

kenny - you can get the clear bumpers just about anywhere. ebay has a ton of cheap ones! you could also try custommaxima, or cattman, or sport compact only. just about anywhere sells them as long as they sell aftermarket maxima parts. they vary in price depeneding on which kind you get...clear, diamond-cut clear (which is what i have), or they have a "black chrome" set of clear bumper lenses. prices average $30-45 for a basic set.

here's a night pic of both sets of piass. the headlights are super plasma gtx, and the foglights are xtreme whites. the pics dont do the bulb justice. they came out looking yellowish when in reality the headlights look white/purple tint and the fogs are white.

kenny, check out these links....1) http://www.customenterprise.co...gn0172) http://www.customenterprise.co...gn0173) http://www.sportcompactonly.co...c=1264) http://www.cattman.com/

or you could just get some generic ones that look just as good off ebay. hope this helps!!!

Thanks bro. I think I'm gonna go with the ones on SCO's website. They're the diamond cuts for $45 shipped but I haven't looked into a discount for NICO members just yet so I'm assuming they'll be slightly cheaper than that.

Don't quote me, but I believe it's 10% off. And SCO also has a $5 shipping deal going through December 12th (not sure if these are included in the offer).

The $5 shipping deal was included in the price I got but not the 10% deal. Guess I'll just have to call and talk to whats his name. LOL

There it is. Thanks Scott.

Shame I'm not going to be able to get them until after Christmas though. Maybe I'll get some mod money for Christmas. I was thinking of saving some of that money for my exhaust first though. I REALLY like the note on the Cattman system but for complete system it's like $1125 and that's a little steep for my wallet. Any suggestions on something comprable that would cost less?

I've got the Greddy SP2 (cat-back), and I LOVE it! Got it from SCO as a matter of fact. I bought my y-pipe from a company in Canada called Budget Exhaust a few years ago.

The y-pipe a custom job or no?

And the system, did you get cat back or did you get headers and all?

Budget actually makes their pwn y-pipes for the Max. I'm pretty sure this is their contact info. http://www.goldbook.ca/goldboo....html

I don't have headers; dynos have shown only a minimal gain over just the y-pipe(on the 3.0), and I don't think it's enough to justify the $$$ for the headers.

I think the exhaust on my wrecked Maxima is an SP2.. All I know is it is a 2.5" greddy y-back exhaust. I think.. Only reason it isn't on my car is it has the factory Y-pipe on that car and mine is a 2.5" Y but they guys that did my exhaust when I got the car (back to stock, muffler fell off) Welded everything together. Now I have to take it back and try to convince them that they did it and try to get them to put a flange back on the Y. Assclowns...

I remember that exhaust sounding very nice on the wrecked one though. I hope it will be even deeper with the aftermarket Y-pipe.
