Hi all!! Just got a 240sx!! Good deal??
4 days ago i paid $1500 for my base model '90 FB, it has 161K on it, pretty good exterior, only one rust spot, and that's above the driver's door (gonna be an easy fix this summer), a full 2 1/4" catback exhaust, HID conversion, K&N Cone filter, a gorgeous set of 15 spoke 17" rims with nearly new Falken ZX's on them, and a few other lil goodies....I also got a spare KA24E, with clutch, transmission, radiator, and an additional head 
The bad is that the engine in it needs rings & injectors, but i'm just gettin the other KA put in for $300.
Being a base model, there's no power anything, so I'm gonna work on stripping that all off of the '92 Coupe i have here with the blown engine, and putting it in this one.
All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better deal....other than of course a lower price

I'll chime in, why not? I paid $2200 for a 92' fastback w/73K on the clock, from a dealer nonetheless. It was just a case of the being in the right place at the right time. The best part is it is equipped w/ the super hicas, which means R200V stock. Saves me the hassle of swapping in a lsd, considering this one is very strong and does not indicate any signs of the viscous fluid breaking down. After a year of ownership the only mechanical problem has been the slave cylinder, which cost me $17 to replace. Alhough mine was stricken with the common spoiler cancer, I scored a hatch from a base model at a local junkyard for $125. I was stoked when I came to pick it up and it was the same color, not too shabby!
