Looking to pick up a set of 962's for my s13, I was thinking of these on ebay

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors...3wt_0

They are the 17x7 front, 17x9 rear.

Now the question is, my car is lowered on Tein HR coilovers, and I've been searching all the forums but i have not been able to find any info on if they will interfere or not. Also, what size tires would be good, I don't want a stretched look. And what kind of lugnuts would I need? As you can tell im a huge wheel noob :D

What the car has suspension wise:Tein HR CoiloversRUCA's

I have that set up... and to save you from the mass flamage you'll encounter and infamous "Is the search button broken?" post, the wheels will fit fine. They will be less than square though.

lug nuts? Oem wont fit, so you can just snag a "tuner" set from auto zone for 25$

tires? I have 205/40 up front and 235/45 out back. the 235/45s are ok but i would recommend a 205/45, 215/40 or something of that dimension for up front.

Haha, yeah I tried searching, but I couldn't find anything specific to my coilovers and I saw that a lot of people were having problems with them clearing the coils. So thanks a ton for the quick answer.

Hmm, my post seems a little misleading. I have the wheels but not the Teins. I have an inch+ of coilover clearance up front and and plenty out back though.

I would be shocked if they didn't fit with teins though. Im positive youll be fine

I hope they fit lolMaybe I'll just try finding a pair to test fit first just to make sure.

As long as they initially fit, I could get some spacers. Or wait until I can afford some nicer wheels.

I don't understand why you wouldn't just get the 17x9+35 around with 5mm spacers at each wheel, if you had your heart set on these wheels. Get these instead. Only a $10 price difference plus the cost of some 5mm spacers....

There are no good reason for the 17x7 wheel up front.

Oh I didn't even know you could get them in 9's all the way around unless you bought 2 at a time or something, I'll def. get that over the other ones, wider = better :D

Thanks!

I have 17x9 962s +35 all around. You will need a 10mm spacer to clear z32 brakes. Wheels will stick out a tiny bit, but nothing too annoying. I have a 225/45 front right now.. rubs wheel well like crazy. Going to go with a 215/40 soon.. Just figure I would help save some time figuring that out if needed..

On a s13.

When you say the wheels stick out do you mean the front or the rears. I am looking at 17x9's all around with a 15MM spacer upfront to clear the Z33/Z32 combo brakes.

My plan is 225-40-17 in the front and 275-40-17 in the rears. I am not looking to dial in too much negative camber and get as much tire as possible.

-Well just to ask, anyone here running 275-40-17's on their S13 with a fender roll and not a ton of negative camber. If so what offset are you at? Local builder jdmwill told me he was running 18x9.5 +38's with 274-40's I want to run the same width tires on a 17x9 so I am hoping the +35 int he rear will work.

yea a 275 40 tire will fit in a 17x9 +35 wheel. my friend has it and it fit with a fender roll and a very light pull. no camber adjustment.

As forewarning, I saw all the crap by using search, my question is more tire size related...So I bought this set with money I made from getting rid of an old set of Sparco seats... Figured its fresh rubber and will make it so my car doesn't slide around in the rain like Nancy Kerrigan at the ice rink.

The guy included 5mm spacers for the fronts, and it seems like spacers aren't Required? for the rears, but helpful if I want it to look something other than lame.

So I was thinking 10mm spacers all around, and that will give me +28 Front and +25 Rear, as far as I can figure. And I don't think that will require a pull or roll, since flush is +20 or +22 (I think). The sidewall in the rear is really freaking tall though, will it clear the wheel wheel, or just be a rub-job all day long? I don't mind if it throws the speedo off a bit, my car almost never leaves the city.
