Geez I30t, you defend bashin others vehicles (ie calling them POS's) yet someone voices a dislike for your thread and you get offended that your thread is being bashed. Wonder how those people feel if they findout what is said about their cars in threads like yours, probably much like you do about your thread.

Well, Uh, interesting storm. When someone puts that much money and time customizing a "low end" car like a Storm, Geo metro, Toyota Echo or Chevy chevette it should come as no surprise that people are going to have strong opinions about it both good and bad. Should it have been included on the list? Hmmm. Not sure. But those pictures were not flattering. The photo makes it appear to have a misaligned hood and the cloud reflections make the fake(?) scoop and hood look like it went thru a hail storm. I'm sure the owner did a good job. I'm not a big customizing guy, but my feeling is if the owner is happy with all that stuff on it, then that's all that really matters.

Well... all the Storm needs is a Lotus suspension/steering and a boat load more horsepower and you've got an Isuzu Impulse.... a car that could hand out a severe whoopin on almost anything that any of us drive.

But yeah... it's still just a Geo Storm. WHY in the name of all that is holy did Isuzu use that [sarcasm]"low end" POS[/sarcasm] to make such a kick arse car?:rolleyes

In all seriousness.... I don't like Geo Storms either... but it's actually a rather decent platform for a really nice sports car.

just aint flowin for me... also note how the tailights stick out like a sore thumb. j-specs advice would make everything come together alot better than it is. ive always never understood the whole 'altezza'thing. that impulse is nice. note how it looks like a car. rims are a little too big but its clean and everything flows. to me thats what makes a car. you can still have a body kit and have all the lines flow and make it still look like a car. thats where the thought process comes into affect

yea that impulse is pretty sweet. i dont really agree with bashing people on their cars either. calling cars rice and making fun of them will only cuz people to get upset (especially the owner) so why say anything at all? if you dont like something on the car tell the person how you feel in a way that they see you are only expressing your opinion.

Yes, it looks like a car..(btw, those are 16"s i think the camera angle's and the stock rim size must be 14"/15" causing the 16"s to look quite huge).

I think I'm more partial to the previous generation Impulse, the longer one with the sleeker nose and rounded rear (for LHA members, I'm talking about a car).

IMO, the "rice" haters have gotten out of hand. I'm sick of getting on here and seeing threads dedicated to hating on other peoples cars. It wasnt so bad untill I stumbled into the cardomain POS challenge, and saw a friends car- one that I personally LIKE- being bashed. If you dont like flashy cars, thats great, but what say we make a section for that and only that, so people who are tired of seeing it can browse nico in peace? Face it guys, rice is whats in. Deal with it. I'm about done with nico.
