Did you order yours from Daunttless...if not where did you get it from? I have a question...if they sent the engine to my house...how can I put it on my truck and bring it to my mechanic? Thanks

Looks pretty clean, your transmission is disgustingly clean... Wiring crap is in a box somewhere I'm assuming?

Umm...easy! When they deliver and ask where to put it. Tell them to put it in the back of the truck! hahaha

I got the engine from a friend here in Vegas, he imports alot of goodie stuff for the 240 =) The engine is a low mileage 98 s13 black top.

The engine is not that heavy (relatively speaking), you could probably pick it up yourself and put it in the bed of a truck with the help of 2-3 friends. 2 of my friends and I carried my engine to my truck with no problems. The transmission and LSD you can carry yourself.

take care,nils

thx..The wiring harness is still at my buddies house, he is customizing it so it will be a true plug and play unit for the engine swap.

Nice engine and nice box that it's sitting on. That would actually be good advertising for Honda (LOL). Good luck with the swapout.

=)yes, that is my Supra.... but the 240 wont be as nice looking. The Supra was built as a street/show car, the 240 is being built as a road race car... so it wont have a bodykit or anything like that but it will have some nice aftermarket parts on it.

Here are some parts I am waiting on or need to order:Mine's ECU Stage 1Cusco RollcageBlitz Nur-SpecBlitz DPHKS Intake AdapterGreddy Profec BBlitz LM fmicGreddy Boost 60mm peak holdGreddy EGT 60mm peak holdBlitz Oil coolerBlitz ClutchGreddy GREX Oil PanKoyo Aluminum RadiatorWalbro Highpressure 255L pumpSparco EVO Seat

Staying with the stock turbo for a while, see how it works... but knowing how I am I will probably upgrade it sooner or later.

nils, is there a reason you want the cusco cage? afaik, its setup for a RHD vehicle...of course it can be modified/customized to fit a LHD setup, cut pipe off one side, and reweld on the other side, but for price and quality, i think you'd be better off going with a custom cage to meet your requirements, IMO....

does the blitz oil cooler kit come with the oil relo kit? if so email me at [email protected] , i might have you add another to your order, : D....

i dont know if the stock fan will be efficient enought for long road races to be honest....might want to go with dual electric fans...just a possibility...

the greddy oil pan comes with a tap already in it for a oil temp gauge, and since your road racing, you might want to take advantage of that, and get a oil temp gauge, otherwise you can just plug that hole up...

hmmm... I have not ordered it yet but I can get it in Chromoly for $680 shipped.... I'll have to ask my buddy if it needs to be cut and re-welded to work in my s14.

You mean a oil filter relocation kit? I dont think so.... the oil cooler is on their website... blitz-na.com

ya, you're right, I will keep the stock fan and probably add a pusher fan inbetween the fmic and radiator.

Yeah, the more guages the better... I like knowing what is going on under the hood. All of these parts are adding up though =( Oil temp, Oil Pressure, fuel pressure and water temp guages are on my future wish list =)

Stupid inane, of-thread question-

What's the approx. distance between L.A. and Vegas? I'm thinking about taking a cross-country trip during my next spring break with a friend in the (about a month after I get my 240) and am thinking about coming back through vegas.
