Just in need of love man, love, NICO brotherly love I tell ya ... and I still have so many more plans for this car. By the time I'm done I'm gonna be just like those old geezers that drive around in fully restored classic Vette's. Hahaha, maybe that's my destiny ... to be like the guys I always hated when I was younger!bersh240 wrote:this is the most "cool story bro" thread i have ever read.

of course you don't care. maybe when your responsibilities are a bit more pressing than being home before curfew, you'll understand. until then, pipe down, the grown men are talking.bersh240 wrote:this is the most "cool story bro" thread i have ever read.

Hey Numb, I'm not concerned ... my car is still faster and always will be. WHEN IT'S RUNNING!numbnuts240 wrote:of course you don't care. maybe when your responsibilities are a bit more pressing than being home before curfew, you'll understand. until then, pipe down, the grown men are talking.bersh240 wrote:this is the most "cool story bro" thread i have ever read.

Thanks bro; yes it has been a few years since my ex and I divorced ... but my boy was very 'momified' back then so I didn't push custody ... she's a good mom. He's just at an age now where he'll be driving next year, he surfs regularly and wants to be in the marine biology field. He misses me, and so be it as it may, I happen to live near the beach AND the school for him AND I surf with him. Plus, FAU which is just a few miles south of me has a great marine biology program and the credits he earns at this choice school can be applied to his college. Man, your situation sounds potentially volatile ... be carefuel, and good luck with that! And yeah it's good therapy just knowing the 240 is safe in the garage.zach-Ka wrote:It seems as though everyone is going through a rough patch. Me and my fiancee are in a custody battle for her little brother that is now living with us... I'm only twenty and thats only part of the story.. haha. So keep your head up man. Make the time to work on the s-14 even just cleaning it. If your anything like me then its like thearapy. Good luck man and congrats on you son moving back in with you. It's a chance you are very lucky to have...
Yes, but it's got a lot of work to do to make it comfortable for the road. The brakes need an overhaul and we're saving for a disc conversion (currently 4 drums). It's not half the fun of the 240 though. It's a pretty much project car right now, as we keep tossing ideas around about what to do next with it.bersh240 wrote:but i dont get it.
dont you have a nova too?
