Any car that was not designed originally with a turbo will have problems with a turbo kit. Thats a fact. I have read many threads on people that turbo 'd the 2.4L and are dissatisfied.

Every engine has problems. Some more than others. And with cars this old, it's not a factual thing to say that a turbo'd KA is more problematic than a regular KA. Although generally and statistically it may be (due to more components under the hood and more sophistication), it is not always the case. In other words, it is not "fact" but rather "statistic".

Be careful when you use the word "fact".

SR20DE(non turbo) vs. KA24de both stock.
There IS an sr20de...i believe it has around 130 hp.

Did you read any of the facts that Wings, or myself posted. We have all the HP and torques numbers listed for most of the domestic released sr20de's

Before I decided to do my swap I looked into turbo'ing my KA24. Every builder I spoke to told me I will have problems within 1-2 years with the kit. Its not engineered to have a turbo and will have problems. To me that is factual, since the info comes from people who build engines everyday.Look at all the turbo'd cars on the road today, most are still going strong. Unless you run the piss out of it.

I couldnt read all those post, but im not sure what the comparison is here? Sentra SE-R vs. 240sx? If both are 5 speed's i might have to take the sentra...especially on the general road....the LSD 240 will have a slightly better advantage, if the sentra is gutted though, again i'll take the sentra :)....but the SR20DE in a 240 vs. the KA24DE in a 240, the ka will probrobly 'win'....but i dont know what 'win' means, 1/4 mile? 1/2 mile? 1/8 mile? i guess it all depends...the ka is a dawg

As far as I know all of the numbers we listed are all the sr20de ever put out over here. The only car we didn't mention was the nx2000, but it should be the same as the older se-r sentras.
