Every engine has problems. Some more than others. And with cars this old, it's not a factual thing to say that a turbo'd KA is more problematic than a regular KA. Although generally and statistically it may be (due to more components under the hood and more sophistication), it is not always the case. In other words, it is not "fact" but rather "statistic".Thecollector wrote:Any car that was not designed originally with a turbo will have problems with a turbo kit. Thats a fact. I have read many threads on people that turbo 'd the 2.4L and are dissatisfied.
There IS an sr20de...i believe it has around 130 hp.scruffy63 wrote:As we all know the sr20det is better than the ka24de unless you go ka24de-t. thats when the battle really starts. but what if there was a sr20de. who would be faster.
SR20DE(non turbo) vs. KA24de both stock.
Did you read any of the facts that Wings, or myself posted. We have all the HP and torques numbers listed for most of the domestic released sr20de'srco8786 wrote:There IS an sr20de...i believe it has around 130 hp.

Be careful when you use the word "fact".
