i searched a lot, seems the most un discussed issues happen with me but anyway,

the passsenger side headlight wont respond to button or headlight switch... the drivers side is fine.
when i had these motors unplugged all winter they did both work flawlessly, im going to try cleaning connectors tomorrow, but
when i play with the twist knob on the bad side, there is free motion no binding or catching on things it will move. then when it reaches a popped up position, its immediatly flipped down by itself. so theres power, i checked continuity, pottentionmeter contacts ive no idea what is the problem

the signal for the two lights is transmitted individuallly or shared between them? like from the dash switch, or how does itr work i also will try switching relays tomrrow please anyone chime in with some help or advice i need it when it comes to electrical please. thanks

I've gone through some of the modified wiring for the motors and such and I found some corroded grounds that weren't hooked up
made no difference fixing them and now I have one headlight that will shut off whenever the motor is raised from the fully down position

can anyone pitch in there thoughts or suggestions from here
in the meantime I'm gonna pull my whole radiator and bumper and unwrap all the loom and take a look at the wires involved running from relay box the the other relay and fuse box and so on

Check the headlight / turn signal stalk. That has a bunch of metal strips and contacts that can become corroded. It comes off the steering column with 2 bolts and a couple of easy plugs.

Sorry for the non-NICO link!!!:

Check this link on cleaning contacts in the headlight switch. I did this & it helped but didn't completely correct the problem. I had to flip to the high beam to get the headlights to pop up. However, a new headlight switch did correct the problem. Good luck.
