can you tell me more about this im not quite sure what you mean and ive never heard of that before. It sounds good

Basically, find a muffler shop - ask them if they do mandrel bends, etc.

You bring in your car, they make a catback piping for you mandrel bent, weld on a magnaflow muffler (or muffler of your choice). Costs less: yes. More trouble: a little.

O yes, definately. The gains from an exhaust system are about the same all around. I think the price difference is mostly in the sound of the exhaust and the name... as ricey as that is - still relatively important depending on how strict the cops are in your area. The weld quality of most catback systems seem decent.

I've heard some of those ebay catbacks and they are LOUD - of course, even the tanabe & apex'i ones are loud. I think if those are all installed on a turbo system, most of the sound goes away tho, so iono.

Personally the only exhaust I've run so far on my car is the Greddy SP 2.5" and I'm still in N/A right now. Loud, but not nearly as Apex'i n1 - well under 95 decibels I think. Nice deep roar.
