Help Wiring My Silvia Blinkers!!

So I have searched everywhere and found nothing... My silvia blinkers (amber in the corners) are wired but they blink fast. I really need help on figuring out how to make them blink at a normal pace. I need to have this done by tonight due to a light inspection in the morning..

What I did was take the plug for my front turn signals out of the housing and soldered wires into a 'T' where I marked on this diagram:

I just ran some length of wires up to the turn signals on the corner lights and called it a day.
