UPDATE

ok so I went ahead and re-checked the wiring using a pin.

the wires for the ignitor input :
1-blue/orange
2-gray/black
3-blue/red
g-black/yellow
4-purple/white
5-blue/black
6-blue/yellow

and the wires for the ecu pins were:
1-blue/orange
2-gray/black
3-blue/red
11-purple/white
12-blue/black
13-blue/yellow
20-black/yellow

turns out they DO all have continuity to the matching color. i guess i checked it wrong or something but it turns out to be like this

1-1
2-2
3-3
g-20
4-11
5-12
6-13

so... is that right then?

im not sure what to check next, anyone have any ideas? is there a chance that both my ignitors are bad causing the same misfiring issue?

well i have continuity from the ecu pin to the ignitor, and then from the ignitor to the coilpack. ive tried swapping the coilpack with several of my spares and also swapped the ignitor with my spare but im not sure on the condition of it. so i guess im gonna try picking one of from darius to at least eliminate that. in the mean time if anyone has any ideas im open to try.

Well if you turned over you engine while checking the signal you'd see a square wave coming from the pins. It'll be roughly a .7v peak to peak voltage. If you have a basic multimeter you can set it to DC voltage and turn over then engine and you should see something like .2 or .3v. As long as its not 0v then u have a signal.

okay ill try to get someone to come crank the motor while i check the voltages at the inputs and outputs of the ignitor and then the input to cyl #6 coilpack.

I can send you the ignitor tomorrow. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Have you tried opening the ECU to see if the coil driver might be toast? This is stretching it, but it could happen. Another thing you can try is disconnecting the fuel injector harness, pulling all the coilpacks and plugs and resting the spark plugs against the valve covers while someone cranks the engine for you. That way you can verify that you do or do not have spark to #6 and that there isnt' something wrong with the fuel injection on the #6 injector too.

K got around to trying out darius's Ignitor and I'm still having the exact issues... Is the ecu the only thing left now??

I'm gonna try the stock ecu today but I don't know how it will run with the mods I have but if it actually is the ecu causing the problem then at the least it shouldn't misfire....right?

Are there different ecu for s1 and s2 power fc?

Right. It should at least provide spark to all 6 cylinders even if the fueling and MAF settings might be out of whack.

Should still start, but run SUPER rich.

The ecu is the same for S1/S2

Cliffsnotes; You aren't getting spark on cyl 3 right?

Runs with the same misfire on the stock ecu. I'm going to double check spark to all cylinders and try my spare CAS sometime in the next few days.

Ground wire is good.

I'm kinda sceptical because cyl compresion is about 155ish but a friend of mine really thinks i have a bent valve in cyl 6... ? What do u guys think?

everyone give up on trying help me figure this thing out?

say I DO have a bent valve in cyl 6, and it doesnt fire, but there is compressions, spark and fuel.... would it make sense that when i unplug coil for #1 cyl that the motor runs smoother?
