Also anyone know if Lexus TPMS will work on our Infinitis?? I've got an extra set of four and would like to use them since I'm keeping my stock 19" for now....
I could manage with a little wheel poking out and a stretch on the tires... I want to stay away from tire poking out and fender work...06M4.5 wrote:10.5" with an et35 will poke out of the fender.
even a 10" with an et35 will poke out.
The problem is not the tire, it's the offset of the wheel. He doesn't want any tire or wheel poking.
I'm not an expert but I think you would need some camber. The Bodyguard wrote:I could manage with a little wheel poking out and a stretch on the tires... I want to stay away from tire poking out and fender work...06M4.5 wrote:10.5" with an et35 will poke out of the fender.

So with the 20"x10" +35 offset a 275/30/20" tire should be good??
Ok the 285/30/20" tire was in question because I had found a deal for the set but if its too much work and having to mill the wheels is not in my plans at this time... I don't have a problem with just buying the set of 275/30/20" rear... Plus I actually have a slight "NATURAL" camber from the eibach springs. Lol!!06M4.5 wrote:20x10.5 Vossen has ET45 and the wheel still sticks out of the fender.
Whats helping you is that your car is drop with Eibach springs, I think the 20x10 ET 35 will fit with a 275/30 but it will need some camber.
Best thing to do is have one tire installed at the shop just to see what it will look like.
A 20x10 ET38 wheel is just about even with the fender lip.
You could also do what I did, I got the 2 rear wheels milled from 38mm to 42mm (now I tuck a 285/30). This will only work if your wheels have extra material.

Its kool! Thanks... If I have to mill the rims I think I would go from +35 to +38 on the offset... The wheels I got are WORK so I'm pretty sure they would be able to mill them!06M4.5 wrote:This is just to give you an idea:
This is what a 20x10 et42 with 285/30 tire with-in alignment specs looks like (almost no camber at all).
Sorry for the bad pick as it's the only one I have.

EFFUN NICE!! So I really should be fine with 275/30/20" don't you think??? What are you dropped on?? This set up looks perfect!!06M4.5 wrote:This pic shows how I have the car set up for the family (wife & 2 girls).
You can see that both front and rear are tucking tire with no one in the car.
No rubbing with 285/30 & 245/35 et30 up front
I hope this gives you a better idea
This is most likely what I'm going to do... I don't want to go smaller tire at 265/30/20 and sacrifice wheel/rim protection!! The shop that dropped my car is real good with alignment so I'll take that route... Thanks Guys!!mexillis wrote:I'm running -3.5 camber in the rear and it doesn't affect tire wear as long as your alignmet is good. Why not buy the 275's mount em and lay it down on the ground to see how it sits, then if u need more cambr or a slight pull put ur oem wheel back on and get it done? The dfference between 35 and 38 is 3 mm more out towards the fender. Not much but makes a difference the lower you go.
I'm on my cell phone and can't post a Pic... Only through my PC but I'll try and get one up.... They are WORK VARIANZA T1s 20x9" +35 front and 20x10" +35 rear!! Polished lip silver/machined face!06M4.5 wrote:Thanks, I'm on D2 Racing coilovers. When the family gets in she gets lower.
I would try 1 wheel with a 275/30 and see what it looks like. If you think you need more room give it some camber.
if you don't want to give it camber get the wheels milled to 38 or 40et (40mm would be best).
Let's see a pic of the wheel.
I'm excited about it and hoping it will all come together!! Thanks!!06M4.5 wrote:That's a very nice wheel.
I'm sure you'll get it to work and your car will look great.
This is what I have at the moment guys.........06M4.5 wrote:Thanks, I'm on D2 Racing coilovers. When the family gets in she gets lower.
