you should search but i'll help you out because this happen to me 2 weeks ago..what you're going to need to do is convert your turbo hard line to stainless steel line.. 1. First you need to get a 31/64" drill bit with a 3/8 shank and a close quarter drill (you can get the drill at harbor freight, drill bit try Ebay).2. You'll need a Hellicoil kit which would be 12X1.5 thread pitch3. Then go to summit and you'll need a 12X1.5 to 4 an fitting (EAR-9919BFGERL)(this fitting will be used to put into the block)4. Get a 18 inch -4 an female on both end lines. 5. go to summit and grab a 7/16 inverted flare into a -4an fitting (AER-FBM2930)(you will use this fitting to put into your turbo, if you wonder which ends go where the 7/16 go into the turbo the -4 an connect to the line)

thats what you need to fix your oil hole..

IF you want to upgrade your coolent line then this is what you needThree 3/8th to -4an (RUS-660060)(you need three because one for the block two for the turbo)Then just grap two 14" -4an stainless steel line (both female end) You will also need a -4an to a 1/4 fitting to connect the stainless steel line into the coolent line behind the head.
