Help! s13 sr20 Engine sputters after key is off!!!

Just bought my first nissan, (1989 240 w/sr20det)... It takes the car a while to completely die after ignition is off. it kind of sputters for a second, two seconds at the most, EVERY TIME i turn the car off... Any suggestions or comments, Is this bad?

My totally uneducated guess would be that it has something to do with your wiring of the harness.

this is called Dieseling, it is most often caused by fuel being added even after the ecu stops telling the coil to make spark. Possible causes, bad injector, bad wiring, Dieseling is more commonly asscociated with carburators then EFI systems

Thanks. If anyone want to add more info keep going ill do some process of elimination first thing i guess ill do is order some injectors...
