Are you sure it is the motor, and not the regulator? If the window is not rolling all the way back up, then it is your regulator. If the motor doesn't move at all, or make a noise, then it is the motor.
I have replaced 2 window regulators, but the motors have been fine. I bought new, from Everythinginfiniti.com. About $85 for the regulator.
It is a simple replacement procedure. It takes about 1 hour:
You slide off the arm rest, pry off the window control panel carefully, remove the screws, pop off the door panel, peel back the plastic water barrier (don't tear it), remove the Bose speaker assembly, then remove the 6 bolts that hold in the window assembly (you will have to lower the window, to get to all of them). Once you get it out of the car, you can then replace the motor or regulator assemby. You will have to disconnect all the harnesses along the way.
There are some pics in previous threads. Do a search for "window regulator".
