being on an island your going to have to pay some pretty good shipping charges.
http://car-part.com/IT is a great site, but im not sure how great it would be for your state
For new parts (things you dont want used like spark plugs, fuel pumps, etc)

However your question seems to be more related towards new performance parts (am i right?). For that... your going to be looking. There are not many made for the Q, we have people converting to 5sp manuals, new headers, etc etc but its a case by case and requires you to be the one willing to do it. Your first stop for performance however will be a NICO ecu - not too expensive, but there is a wait. Think of it as a ~30-40+ hp boost that plugs right in, replaces your current ECU, nobody will know the difference unless they decide to try and give your Q a run for the money
We also have a couple turbo projects, for that your looking at $4k plus. To get nitrous im thinking its currently about $1k+
These cars are only as good as you are willing to make them. Before you start ANY performance modifications you need to go over a checklistCheck the spark plugs, if they are not OEM change them to OEM right now, before you drive around much. No, Bosh this and that wont work worth a damn and can kill the carChange out your fluids, check your transmission fluid, make sure its not burned or you may be in need of a new transmissionCheck your knock sensors, its a real easy job to do, and they really do make or break the performance on the engine. Dead KS can cost you over 40hp, new ones will make you love the carMake sure the car is running the highest octane you can get, im not sure what the standards are there but it better be 91 plusI would also check my tires, the Q will eat through any tire in no time flat, if it wasn't aligned properly you could be running on less then you think. Pull them off and give them a good 3 minute inspection checking for unusual wear
The car makes a GREAT VIP car if your willing to do the work - lucky for you (and the rest of us) you are at the largest and most helpful Q website in the world. Check Q45.org for some additional resources and how-to's along with the Infiniti Online Mechanic section
welcome to the club
EDITmmm maybe a little talk about some other performance related thingsShocks are probably not in great condition, the car is just so damn heavy. New ones from Joe are as inexpensive and high quality as your going to get, they are tokico blues, he sells everything you need to convert. Joe is the guy that runs
http://www.infinitipartsusa.com/ (and in my personal opinion, call and ASK for Joe specifically, hell tell him Wes sent you too )
FSTB - you might find a couple for sale here, really tightens up the car in turns, gives you a more sporty and in control feel. Not an expensive mod, a really good one to consider
Rear sway bar - this is one of those things you will notice pretty quick, I dont have one... but want one because I was able to ride in a Q with one. The car will understeer all the time if your accelerating through a corner, this will really allow you to get some higher speed turns without fishtailing around or having to drift around the corner (your a drifter I know, but its going VIP not drift so grab one)
Speakers - your driving a 91, if i recall Bose had a recall on the speakers. Your going to have to ask around or search (use search when possible for anything) but I think Bose will replace the 91 speakers FREE of charge with brand new ones... makes me wish I had a 91 and not a 90 because those speakers are awesome
You need to grab the maint history on your car, the dealership in your area should be able to hook you up, if not try again and the next guy will (some are just d!ck) The list should be pretty long, its an older car. Also do share what was missed, its easy to project possible problems and it will really help us and you get your car running like new.
Other then that, here is a link to the G50 performance page
http://www.nicoclub.com/articles.php?id=170119The only thing I have heard enough negatives about to not be willing to try is the 4.08 rear, Q45Tech has posted some great information on it in other threads, makes it pretty clear its not worth it and could even harm some figures if you took your car to the track
