Size: 20x9 +38 offset front
20x10.5 +45 offset rear
Lowering springs: Tein H
my car: 2008 M35s (yes i'm missing an exhaust tip....trying PATIENTLY on a Megan Exhaust or dropping the wallet on Stillen)

Option 1: Vossens CV3

Option 2: TSW Mirabeau

I pretty much set myself on choosing the cv3s when/ if I decide to still purchase wheels. In going back n forth I started to think to just refinish my sport wheels. I'm calling the shop in the morning to hopefully drop my car off to get lowered on the tein h springs. I think then I'll decide on wheels...I'll post before and after pics!vasekvi wrote:Between those two I would go with the CV3. I myself have had my eyes on the Velgen VMB5 for quite some time.
Yes I am in ATL, Gwinnett County. I've seen those Vossens on a very very nicely done Camry. I'm a huge sucker for split 5 spoke wheels though, especially when they flare out toward the lip. That's probably why I got 03 Accord Coupe 6mt wheels for my last car, and certainly one of the reasons I was drawn toward the M. I may even just keep these sport wheels and just drop on Tein STECH and go with 15mm spacers. But I salivate over the VMB5s and would probably get dark chrome or gunmetal. I don't want them too dark though.lburton wrote:I pretty much set myself on choosing the cv3s when/ if I decide to still purchase wheels. I love those velgen wheels! What finish were you thinking about going with? Better price than volsens also! You're in the ATL area aren't you?
I know limited info on the Megans other than they are on back order and typically when they come back, they're all accounted for. They have the OEM look, subtle/ deep sound and are fairly cheaper than other exhaust systems out there for the M's. I was trying to hold back for it but i'm starting to lean towards something else like the ones i said in my other post. If i'm wrong about the status on the exhaust, please someone correct me. Hate to give out the wrong info...vasekvi wrote:Hey PM me and we can spend the $20 in gas to meet up clean our cars and do a photo shoot. I definitely see more 06-07 but there's an identical sport to mine rolling around Gwinnett mall area and a black one that goes to my gym.
What's up with the Megan exhaust? Discontinued or just takes a long time to get? I like the sound and I like the burnt tip version. It's a crime to have a VQ or VK and not open it up to hear it better with a good exhaust. I'm even thinking about Flowmaster 40s.
Thanks. There's a couple of them that i think doesnt look bad. Some that look good but dont think it'll look good on the M. Niche whees def stepped up though from the wheels i remember awhile ago.CPJ LB wrote:you should take a look at Niche wheels...they have some new styles...concave as well....

Well I can agree with that! Has anyone seen the CV3 and Milan in person and how they would rate them? Maybe it's me but the Milan doesn't look as concave as the cv306M4.5 wrote:The Niche Milan is nice even more so at almost 1/2 the cost of Vossen

Oh god I need a tissue. And a towel.lburton wrote:Well i started looking through Niche's site of wheels thanks to CPJ LB and now have my eyes on these Niche Targa's as an option. They pretty much similar the Velgen's VMB5 wheels vasekvi are interested in!
What do you guys think? Will be lowered tomorrow and next step will be the WHEELS!
Best picture i could find of them on the M
