HELP: Installing double din Nav unit in 2002 QX4

Hello all,

I just joined this site hoping someone would be able to help me. I have a 2002 infiniti qx4, which currently has a single din dash kit installed in it. I want to put the new Double din unit i purchased in but i do not have the factory radio mounting brackets. I went to infiniti and had them order them, but now i came home to install it and the brackets seem to be too short. Did i have to specify that i have the BOSE system from the factory? The Part # they gave me is 28038-0W000. If anyone has any idea what part i need that would be great! let me know.
