This car needs some bolt on power and a little help in the audio department as well.

Do you guys know of anyone who makes an exhaust system for these?

A cold air intake?

A chip?

An MP3 adapter for the stock stereo?

Any ater market products would be helpful...

Thanks
hey man, nice to see you on here. i read about your story on acurazine too =]

its odd that we both came to the same decision after our acuras.

i hope you come out to the all cali meet on june 30th so i can see your m45

Yes, that is wild. I will have to check back in to acurazine. It has been some time since I have been over there.

I would love to make it down to Cali, but I am getting married July 21st, and will probably be on a tight leash until after that....who knows maybe we both will take off down there. The M45 has nothing done to it....so far. I am wondering if it will stay that way. Safer for now. I will probably finish up rebuilding one of my Legend trannys and then when I am done with an upcoming lightened flywheel GB I will get the M45 tuned up. hehe

Are you on a-l.com at all? I think I just read that you have a tl so you probably have not been over there.

Another ACURAZINE convert!

I got rid of my 03 TL-s a few months ago after the transmission issues. I have the same avatar and screen name over on AZ. All you copycats following me over to Infiniti!

I wish we had some parts for our M's since I stuck every performance bolt on (besides a supercharger) possible on my TL. Even so my stock M could kick my modded out TL *** any day.

Do it man...screw that TL...2 trannys later I left to come back to Infiniti. I had a 2000 Q45t before my TL that I put 203,000 problem free MILES on! Come to the dark side of Infiniti...you won't be sorry...

I like the torque a V-Twin DUC puts outs but have plenty of riding buddies with the in-line 4 here in cali and in Fl

I love both and have had both but now shopping for a 50th Annv. R6 for fun those bikes are SICK!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! Pretty Bitchin TL! It might be able to keep up with my Legend with all of those mods-haha! JK. Who knows how to set up polls on this forum and maybe we can see about some parts for the M45. I am wrapping up a GB for pullies on the Legend site. Lazy machine shops need to lean how to fix things right and once! I was thinking in addition to what I mentioned above of looking into a TQ converter as someone else mentioned. I found a guy that did the one in my Legend, and it is working well for atleast the first 5k miles. I think it was in the 5-600.00 area, but if a few people got them then we could probably get it down a ways.

I would love to own a Duc but they seem like a ripoff considering the price. 1st bike i owned was a zx6r and this year i bought a 2k7 gixxer 1000. It comes with the dual exhausts (i love the symmetrical look from the back). Althought the pipes are ugly i will probably get some better looking aftermarkets ones when i get the time.

as for Yamahas i like the r6 tail with the center pipe it looks real thin and tight, but i dont like the bike much

Well there has been much talk about a S/C build on the M45. No body has the balls to do it though.

Please blaze the path for others to follow. The NOS option is the only thing that will be cheep/easy.

IMO the 03/04 M45 is much more than a fast car. It is a powerfull pimp sedan. I came from a 04 350z and it is a whole new world. When I first got my M I would drive it like I stole it. Now I just cruiz. Don't get me wrong I still put the smack down every now and then, but just not all the time.

There are a bit of things available for this car... most things are marketed only to the japanese market, but they can be brought over here which is what I am planning on doing for mine...

(I just picked up mine on monday... woot woot!)

One of the things I am planning on doing is playing with some of the factory infiniti / nissan ipod adapters and seeing if I can get them to work with the M like with the G's...

The factory aluminum pedals do work on the Brake Pedal and Throttle Pedal... I plan on putting those on in the next day or so and will post pix...

What are you planning on bringing over here that works for the Cedric/Gloria??? Believe me you are not the first to search online for parts. There are a few of us on here that have good connections in Japan for whatever you think you want.Enjoy the car!
