I couldn't believe it either when the stealership told me they don't stock replacement bulbs for most of their components. The couple that they do sell (trip odometer) were over $5/ea.
I found these at Radio Shack and they work fine. They are 12 volt lights, not LED's. $1.29 a pair. Remove the old bulb paying attention to how the wire legs wrap around the holder, install the new bulb the same way and clip off the excess. The blue "balloon" over the tip can be removed (roll it back like a condom) and put on the new bulb. Sometimes they can be tricky to set in the right position for proper contact and I got tired of turning the lights on and off to make adjustments so I made a plastic screwdriver (shown in pic) to adjust the bulb with the lights on.
