Help!!! Car wont start and I need it as daily.

im pretty sure i messed up my alternator. my car's battery keeps draining, right now it's 11.7v yesterday it was around 12.6v.

Any of you think i should just do this mod?: zerothread?id=131961

Just a thought. plus im tired of beating around the bush with this troubleshooting thing.

^^ How'd you fit it to your "SR?" It states in the article someone couldn't fit it in?

Honestly, sometimes it's as simple as the starter signal wire coming unplugged. Usually during an oil change<.That's all I have for you right now lol. GL, but maybe also the starter relay (big blue thing by the PS headlamp)

IDK i made it work cutting and cutting to make it fit

I replaced the starter and starter relay.

What happens now is that the cars battery likes to drain, i just got it re charged today and it's reading at 13.1v. im going to swap out the alternator for the 95 nissan quest one i got today. i mean might aswell, it's also beneficial. 80 amps<110amps ya know? My only problem that i cannot figure out is why all my interior electronics and exterior lights dont work while the car is off. They all work fine when it's running though.

its all in your switch in the stering wheel check that it works had a sentra would do the same thing

Blew the alternator fuse. all problems solved... just need to finish installing the Quest alternator.
