Before going into my brake bleeding problem i must admit that I did something really stupid... (zerothread?id=159955) I opened each calipers i mean OPEN split apart the caliper's 4 bolt and found out later that I was not supposed to touch it...

Now i installed the 300zx caliper and the 300zx master cylinder.. from ebay.. with the nipple conversion.. (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/300ZX-Z3 ... 9599QQrdZ1)

My problem is that I cannot bleed it.. I keep on pumping the brakes and no fluid is comming out.. and the master brake cylinder reservoir is always full fluid will not go in.. the only thing you see. is very small bubbles inside the reservouir... ANY one know what is wrong??????????

Are you trying to bleed the calipers? Since you installed a new master cylinder you have to bleed that too. Get someone to pump the bake pedal at least 10 times hold pedal down and then loosen one of the brake lines on the MC a little. Brake fluid will shoot out but so will air, repeat that a few times and the bleed the calipers. < --- my first post, hi everyone

I will try it in the morning again.. probably i am sure i wasnt bleeding properly... anyway.. another problem i have..

I installed the 30mm z32 caliper and i have oem nissan alloy rims.. gosh. once i tigthen the lug nuts wheel wont spin.. there will be no space between the caliper and the rim... do I need to get new rims?? what i did as a temp solution was adding spacers.. same as those in the caliper bolts... is that alrite??

spacers if you are planning to use the stock alloys or get new wheels.

hey leadfoot.. question....

when i master cylinder after pumping and have someone pressing the pedal.. which line to I release?? the 3 lines connected to the master cylinder?? take one off to let air out and repeat the process with the next 2??

and when i bleed the brakes.... once there are no bubbles do i lock the brake bleed nipple when the brake pedals are pressed?? or depressed?? or doesnt matter????those the car has to be on when bleeding????

well what happen was that i didnt bleed the master cylinder yesterday.. i only bleed the 2 front brake. once i turned the car one.. the brake got all soft... need to do that again today..
