the picture you posted is a '97-98 S14 with side-skirts and a spoiler... the link you originally posted is of an '91-93 S13... you're building the wrong car if you want what's in the picture... plus, that picture just shows looks, not what's underneath the hood... for mods, go with a pre-97 S14, since the newer models have more emissions stuff in them.

$4000 for a '91 w/145k miles is an average price considering its from a dealer. if you can, for those numbers, try buying from a private party in the $2400 range. I got my '93 S13 w/100k miles (65k on engine, it was swapped) for $4000, but it was from a private party.

yeah my bad , i like the year 95 tho , and it looks pretty similar. id rather go with the 95 than the 91. mainly because i want the car to be a bit younger than a decade old , cause who knows how long itll take me to finish my mods.

as far as the work needed for building it up there's a lot of web pages that people who've done what you(and me) are planning on doing they explain it step by step on some and give the price for what it cost. Also you should pick up this months issue of sportcompactcar it has a really good article on building a kick ***240, plus it helps you out with finding a good turbo. Good luck man

I'm starting to work on mine...even if it is just the simple stuff like changing the coils and plug wires. Speed doesn't come cheap, and I understand that you're trying to build a kickass car, but enjoy modding your 240...don't just do it because you want to run everyone else into the ground. Peace out man, and good luck.
