Help 97 Q45 SES code P1110

I had SES code P0325,P0330,P1110 triggered at one shot. I had replaced KS, clean TB, Plenum and cleared the memory. Car runs stronger than ever. Feels like I got my car swaped with someone else.

Driving around 10 to 30 miles SES light comes back on with P1110. I disconnect the battery to clear the memory and it's okay for another 10 to 30 mi. Can anybody help what's P1110 is and keep comming back on ? I don't feel any difference rather the light is on or off.

You might read some of the threads with diagnosing this in the pathfinder forum. Info is in the sticky in the pathfinder forum, the pathy's have a very similar problem and you can use the same procedures to diagnose.

Is it easy to replace on Y33 ? where is it located ?I've tried to search on the forum. NIco web comes up done with blank page.Am I not doing the search right?

Now i know P0325 KS, P1110 VTC solenoid, what is P0330 ???

P0330 is bank 2 KS, P0325 is bank 1 KS. bank1=drivers side...

ive never heard of an VTC solenoid going bad on a Y33..

In the FSM go to EC-338 and you can start diagnosis there. You can test everything you need to with a basic OBDII scanner.

Hey elwesso I need your opinion on this. Is SES P1110 different on Y33 than other nissan vehicles ? You said it's VCT solenoid and never heard of VCT going bad on Y33. According to my friend at infiniti dealer said code poped up as "Mfr controlled fuel & air meatering". Can you re-check for me?

I just don't get it! sounds like an air flow meter but car drives fine this is my second AFM. I had it replaced @94K. SES came on while I was on the freeway and after I shut it off at the dealer I could not restart the car back up and TCS/ABS light came on too so I had to replace AFM and relay pack.

It's funny when SES come on it can't be just one code. It have to relay into multicode. I guess that's how they were designed to make more money if one thing goes wrong. Thanks

OBDII codes are the same regardless..... This is what I use for OBD codes...

I checked both in that thread and in the y33 FSM and it came with the same thing... I too have never heard of the VTC solenoids going bad on a Y33.
