Hello everyone im new to the NICO forums i wanted to introduce my car. I recently bought a really clean 1993 240sx within the last six months i dont remember when exactly. Its factory green with the gold metallic, and all brown interior. I dont know if many people like the brown interior because I've seen people paint it. I liked it from the beginning but the color took some time for me to get used to. Now i am just in love and the interior matches the dark green color of the car so it was never an issue. I didnt immediately join any forum till now because i know forum etiquette and i was busy looking up issues and other things, ive learned a lot. i havent done much to the car besides change out the stereo two oil changes a tune up and i took those killer guides out of the engine. I bought the car and she was a complete virgin, and i now have plans for her. im gonna keep the engine NA for a while because i want to build a bulletproof engine before i go TURBO and i was wondering what ideas some people have or advise criticism included i wanna hear it all and decide for myself. i wanna go forged internals when i rebuild the engine (it will be my first time) and i need to change to standard trans and i was wondering are there any suggestions on brands and performance parts like i said i want a bulletproof engine and money is not much of a problem because im saving up but of course i still wanna save money for more mods. ill post some pics up soon thanks for reading

In my opinion, green color car are bad luck. Maybe I'm just superstious but I've seen too many of them wreck. Or maybe it's just a Honda thing.

Oh no!! no bad juju right from the start, she will not get wrecked! ive been driving since i was fourteen with no collisions and i plan to keep it that way. Besides im a body man so i can fix her up if i loose a bumper or smash a quarter panel. But if i ever do wreck i will say, Damn That one Guy!!

Haha. I hope not. I did learn a lot buying a 240sx and how fun it is but I would rather buy a point A to B car now. If I were to describe my relationship with my car in a few words it would be a love/hate.
