Alright, I just want to know whether or not these things offer a drop, or just an adjustment of height. Meaning, do they only raise, or do they make a lower drop than the stock upper mounts. I've heard they can offer another inch drop. If so, I would love to get these on my daily s14 with KYBs and Sportlines. I have searched, and there's not a lot of info here or on Zilvia, but the limited info is only on coilovers and not a setup such as mine.

Please..... I don't wanna hear about how I need to get coils... this is my DAILY 240, i have coils galore elsewhere.

Any help???

I know they adjust camber, but Project MU sells a version that is said to be height adjustable as well. It has a threaded portion like a coilover would...

Any other knowledge out there??

If the spring perch itself is threaded, I would think that it may offer *some* ability to pull the top of the shock shaft up higher. I would be afraid that the L/R height would be screwed up.

I am trying to think what kind of an advantage this offers. . . More suspension travel at lower ride height settings????

I have seen threaded shock body's and threaded hubs to adjust suspension travel / preload with out effecting ride height, but I have never heard of any one one using the upper spring perch to adjust height.

Sorry I can't help. That is a new one on me. If you get them, let us know how they work.

BTW, have you tried calling the manufacture or retailer to ask them specific questions about the unit?

EDIT: I almost forgot; Be carefull not to lower the car to much on those AGX's. You don't want to be on the bump stops or bottoming out all the time,

I think he's talking about these...

I have no personal experience with them... but from what I read, its supposed to give you an extra inch of a drop..

Adrian is right, those are the plates I was lookin into. I know this thread is old, but I haven't been able to check it until now. I honestly kinda gave up on the idea, but I wish I could find some one with experience on these. If I could just verify that it's a drop and not just an inch of height adjustment then I'd be set... only problem is finding a way to level it out, cause I don't know of anything like this for the rear.

werd. I had them when I had the KTS coilovers.

Their purpose is to allow you to quickly be able to raise your car w/o removing the wheel (still need to jack up the car tho, obviously).

For super slammed cars, helps here & there.

Exactly, all the ones Ive seen allow you to raise the height, not lower it.
