Heater with redtop sr20

Everything's hooked up, heater core should still be good but it's still not blowing hot.. Looked in the engine bay and we see that the heater hose is kinked, looks like it's too long.. is it ok to cut it and shorten it up? I'm like freezing in the cold right now lol.

I'll try to post pics up tomorrow..

i would cut and shorten if needed, but have u actually drivin the car cuase sometimes just ideling isnt enough to get hot air to blow.

I would shorten it up, also make sure you bleed the cooling system, if there is a lot of air in the system the heat may not work.

I've been driving around a lot, still nothing .. I'm low on coolant tho lol

Unkink hose, fill coolant & get rid of air bubbles, drive car with heater on full...problem solved.
