P&Ps don't typically get a lot of bang for their buck on S13 heads (I have no clue if yours is an S13 or an S14). The S13 head already has a good flow design and opening the runners doesn't provide a huge benefit like it would on a restricted flow design.

Also, I recommend getting OE stem seals. I'm just paranoid and have seen many an aftermarket seal leak.

yea i have the rdd top s13. the vavle seals i am getting through napa. so the intake from and sr20de and the exhuast from a ka24de. all righty well that helps me out. thanks
