There is a car in japan Called the FTO. I think it is built on the same platform as the eclipse. It looks much nicer and I think it has better suspension.

I've seen some fast Eclipses around here. There is a GSX at the track from time time that runs high 6's in the 1/8. It is VERY inconsistant though and I'm sure that his drivetrain suffers broken parts quite often. I know those cars can be made fast, but, they don't generally last long and just aren't reliable cars at all. I hate the way the interior is laid out, the car just feels cheap. To each his own, I like my 240, but, I may like something else better on Sept. 29 of this year at my local Ford dealer. That's an entirely different thread altogether....lol.
