Has anyone wired Fog lights to come on independent of the headlights?

I will take some pictures of the wirings when I start installing the footwell led lights.

Ok..... Someone help me understand this. So, I saw this Altima on CarDomain and noticed he had his fog lights on with just his parking lights so I asked him how he did it and this is what he wrote back.

"you just turn the foglights on normally, because there are two clicks on the left handle when you turn it, one click for the fog lights and the second click for both lights"

Am I missing something or is this guy out in left field. I don't think the 07' Sedan would be wired any different then our A/C!
