The problen is not testing the 370cc flow at 43.4 psi, but the accuracy of flow at 11% at 34 psi {idle and cruise] and the adhearence to the graph shape at all the low flows of speed and partial acceleration.Plus the time to flow and flow shutdown otherwise the ecu will need reprogramming in ways not here to fore attempted.

Here's what David said in the other thread.

I assume coil response rate takes a lot of that into account... The graphs in the testing are pretty detailed. Worth checking out I think...

Hello, here's an update (on the original issue).

My dad took the car to a shop. They found that one of the (used) injectors I had put in was stuck wide open. They ended up putting in new injectors just to be safe. The car now runs like a top...but wouldn't ya know it, he said the CEL still comes on occasionally. I ran the code and it was the knock sensor. Regardless, it doesn't effect the running at this point, and didn't come on when I tested it out myself.

Since he is retiring in a few months, he has decided to buy a new Maxima or Camry, so I guess he will be selling the car. Any opinions on what to sell it for? I would prefer to sell it on this forum if possible, so it can go to a good home.fwiw, he could stick it in a parking lot and sell it for $3000 in a minute locally, as anything like that is quite popular for given markets. But then it would end up lowered with 22's on it, or with stickers all over it saying things in Spanish...so that would be wrong in principle. So how about an idea of what would be a fair price for it...on a place like this forum.

Here are the basics: 94Q, dark green, 2 owner, bought from dealer as certified in 00, 200K highway miles, totally stock (even Bose), above average cosmetically, but with a scuff on rear bumper, wear on driver's seat. Runs 100%. Replaced in the last couple years: FP, AFM (by dealer) plugs, brakes, battery, belts.
