harness (T connector) not working

Hi,

Are there any other steps need to be performed to make sure it works, after installation of a harness (T connector)? I checked the fuse for tail light under the hood, and it’s fine . Is there any other place I need to check? The stop and turn lights are working fine on the car, but not a signal on 4 pole connector.
