I dont think my brother ever got that first memo. Seriously. Just last week he went out drinking until like 6am. I saw him the next day and he said he was still drunk from the night before. He ate 2 7-11 hotdogs and yakked them an hr later lol. So the day after that I said 'what did you do last night?' He said 'got drunk as piss again last night'..Crazyirish wrote:

My Preventative measures:
Leave a bottle of water on your pillow before you start drinking. (You might just toss it on the floor later, but at least you tried!
^---Man knows his stuff. You can always tell the drinkers from the rest of the crowd.Dattebayo wrote:Vinegary foods help to adjust your body's pH after a night of drinking, then you need to follow up with plenty of water and Gatorade or Powerade. Drinking just the Power/Gatorade is not good for you if you drank a lot of beer, but it's fine for liquor. You need the water to offset a beer hangover because of all the salt in beer to begin with.

Yes, really. Your body needs the electrolytes. Gatorade works too, but Pedialyte is ideal.simmode1 wrote:Pedialyte? Really?

I don't know what kind of beer you drink, but around here, beer has very little sodium. There's likely more sodium in the tap water here.Dattebayo wrote:You need the water to offset a beer hangover because of all the salt in beer to begin with.
