Halp... looking for advice on a car cover

So I have to store my car for the winter as I wouldn't be using it while at college. I'm currently storing it at a friend's place and they start it up ever now and then for me. The weathers going to start getting crappy around here any time now, so I'd really like to get a good waterproof car cover so you can easily brush snow off of it. Anyone have any recommendations?

I cant remember the brand name, but a buddy of mine has custom cover for his BMW. It is waterproof, and lined with padding and fleece. Its pretty sweet, and it only cost him like $200.

I'm more looking at around 70-80. Unless someone in northeast PA has a garage they'll lend me :'(
