The other day, I was leaving Target - trunk popped open fine, led interior lights all came up, but then my car didn't start - for about 10 mins. Battery terminals are clean and connected fine, alternator is fine as well. It finally started when I flipped my key and put it in with the Nissan emblem facing downward instead of up.

Also, my rear passenger window goes down fine but takes a year and a day to come back up. Shifting in the auto trans can be sketchy at times.

Will a grounding kit show me differences with these issues? Also - any suggestions to which brand? I don't see why a kit is available from ActiveTuning for $49.99 shipped, but are nearly $130 w/out shipping from Stillen. What is the justification around these price difference, when the cable gauge is the same?

Fill me in please - opinions are appreciated

Get the kit from Nate.

Sentientbydesign here on NICO.

He has the best quality kits, wires, and terminals in a variety of colors for half the price.

Thanks for the link . . .

Do you guys think I'll notice a difference with the issues I listed?

What will be the most noticeable differences?

Might fix your transmission problem if it's just sloppy, but I can't see a grounding kit fixing the rest.

I agree with Alt. If you read the forum, it helps with throttle response, louder radio, faster firing hid, and some more, not sure. But ya, you mimght wanna call and dealer and just ask.

Wouldn't bother. Dealer's know nothing when it comes to modifying your car. Your best resource is people that own them, like on this board.

But the dealer should know something about why the key only works one way up, and why his rear window rolls down quickly and up slowly. Those are his other issues.

The key works fine either way, it was just that one instance.

I think I'll order a kit later this week.

And yeah, I went into my dealership here in NJ the other day asking when they are receiving their first shipment of 370's, and the girl at Customer Relations didn't even know there is a 370 - they don't know anything about anything
