Ground Control sleeves, spring rates?

so id be working those a good bit with my front springs..

do you guys think i should stick with the GC 7.6/4.5 and get yellows? and eventually get them revalved?

or look into yellows and RS*R race springs at 5/4?

id like to keep the GC, i already have them, and the ride height is adjustable..

Depends on the cost. In my opinion, the ride height adjustability is kinda worthless because you affect shock travel whenever you mess with it (unlike coilovers which do not lose travel when you lower them). I would do some research about how to properly setup a ground control suspension, and make a decision from there.

If I could just receive my freaking RS*R springs I could try it out...grr

still??? did you have to pay for shipping to send the down springs back too?

that really sucks its taking so long

No, Didn't have to pay anything...

Well, time is money so I guess I did pay heheAlso, I hate having to work on the car every weekend so I'm waiting to install these to put my short shifter and a few goodies on at the same time..
