Grinding noise from engine bay, new Rogue

Hi all, I am new here....sorry, I have to start by posting a hard question for your guys.
My wife got her a new 2016 Rogue SL AWD in September. The 3rd week with less than 900km, I noticed grinding noise from the engine bay when accelerating from 0 to 25 km/h. This happens almost every morning after the car is cold started . After 3 to 5 min driving, the noise disappeared and didn't come back in the day (in Sept). Now, in Oct. while the day temperature is getting lower, I can hear after it is parked outside my office for a day (I start driving my wife car since I noted the problem, and keep tracking on it). I brought it into the first local dealer, and they couldn't hear the noise, although they acknowledged they could hear it from my recording (how to post a video?). The 2nd local dealer finally heard the noise but couldn't locate the issue. They are awaiting directions from Nissan Canada Techline.

Have you experienced the same noise? What would be the potential issue and solution? Thanks,

Welcome to NICO. I think you dealership guys have an advantage over us. They get to hear your sound recording and see your car and hear it make the noise. It seems you think it is cold temp related... going along those thoughts, there are several similarities to issues described in the following threads (don't just go posting in those threads if they are years old, keep to your new thread or related modern threads. You can see the post date in the upper left corner of each post). At a quick glance I see two things, one is that it is normal, the other is that it is a loose heat shield.
